I understand that participation in dance classes and related activities involves certain risks, and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
I understand that dance activities may involve physical exertion, stretching, and other movements that carry inherent risks of physical injury. I acknowledge and accept these risks, and I understand that despite the best efforts of Bajough Pty Ltd trading as Central Coast Salsa and its instructors to provide a safe environment, accidents and injuries may still occur.
I hereby certify that I am in good health and physical condition to participate in dance classes. I understand the importance of consulting with a healthcare professional before engaging in any physical activity, and I have obtained such advice if necessary.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in dance classes at Bajough Pty Ltd trading as Central Coast Salsa, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Bajough Pty Ltd trading as Central Coast Salsa, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me while participating in dance classes.
In the event of any injury or illness, I authorize Bajough Pty Ltd trading as Central Coast Salsa and its staff to secure emergency medical treatment and/or transportation as deemed necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any costs associated with such medical treatment.
I grant Bajough Pty Ltd trading as Central Coast Salsa the right to use photographs or videos taken during dance classes for promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertising and social media.
